Terms and Conditions:
Terms and Conditions for participation of any BK9 Online program(s) are set out below.
PARTICIPANT’S acceptance and opt-in is required to enter or start the class, so please read this policy carefully.

The following policy allows you (PARTICIPANT) to participate in the BK9 ONLINE class that you specifically enroll in, presented by BK9. PARTICIPANT acknowledges, agrees and understands that BK9 has no control over the dog. PARTICIPANT agrees to indemnify and hold BK9 harmless from and against any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss, death or damages caused by the actions of the dog.

PARTICIPANT acknowledges and agrees that owning, interacting or working an animal and training an animal, including the dog, has inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to a person. Such behavior requires specialized behavior modification that is the responsibility of the OWNER and BK9 is not held liable or responsible. PARTICIPANT acknowledges, understands, assumes and accepts responsibility, that dogs can be difficult to control and that not all dogs will be under control at all times, within and outside of training, resulting in the possibility of injury to oneself, family members, the dog, and third parties.

PARTICIPANT fully understands the tools and techniques that are used to train and modify or shape the behavior of their dog and agrees to the tools and techniques that are displayed in the education. BK9 assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials. The program education and information is designed as general advice and not tailored or specialized to any individual.

BK9 is committed to providing PARTICIPANTS with a positive experience, however if a PARTICIPANT becomes disruptive, upon BK9’s sole discretion, can terminate, limit, or suspend PARTICIPANT from any further participation in any of it’s programs, without forgiveness or refund of any remaining payments; if PARTICIPANT is or becomes difficult to work with or fails to follow or impairs participation of BK9 instructors or other PARTICIPANTS. Any Violation of BK9’s policies regarding content usage will result in immediate termination of your enrollment without a refund. PARTICIPANTS are not to share usernames, emails, or passwords with any third parties; if so, this will also result in immediate termination without a refund.

PARTICIPANT acknowledges that BK9 is not liable for the conduct of any of it’s users, including but not limited to defamation and offense. Any and all disputes concerning this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Canada.

PARTICIPANT understands that they will not have a fully trained dog upon completion of this program and that training dogs is a progress that happens and continues throughout the life of the dog.

PARTICIPANT opt-in for any of BK9’S Online Programs or Services is to provide the PARTICIPANT AND/OR DOG OWNER with guidance and instruction and dog training methodology. However, the undersigned and/or PARTICIPANT opt-in is responsible for all actual training of the dog, and is contingent upon the work and time of the PARTICIPANT.

These Terms and Conditions are for the benefit of BK9, subsidiaries, affiliates, and it’s third party content providers; each has the right to enforce provisions directly or on its own behalf. BK9’s Terms and Conditions may be revised at anytime and therefore the PARTICIPANT is advised to visit BK9’s Site periodically to review the current Terms and Conditions

PARTICIPANT must be an adult, 18 years or older, and fully agree and authorize all terms.

Privacy Policy:

PARTICIPANTS who opt-in with BK9 expressly consent to receive notices by e-mail of announcements and communications concerning new products or services, agreements, and/or disclosures.

BK9 respects PARTICIPANTS privacy and confidential information, and PARTICIPANT must insist on the privacy of fellow program PARTICIPANTS. BK9 will not share or disclose personal information of the PARTICIPANT to any third parties without PARTICIPANT’S express consent.

PARTICIPANT will be granted to have one year access to any BK9 Online program online instructional materials from the date that they enroll. The program content is for personal use only and not to be recorded, videotaped, shared, sold, given away or in any way divulged without written consent from the Owner of the Company or agent. All content including text, graphics, files, videos and others contained in the program and Site are copyrighted unless otherwise noted.

BK9 will use reasonable efforts to restrict and protect unauthorized access to our files and data. PARTICIPANT acknowledges that no system can be entirely impenetrable. PARTICIPANT acknowledges that unauthorized access by a third party may be possible. Use of the site and it’s contents are completely at the PARTICIPANT’S risk.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

Payment in full is for learning of the PARTICIPANT AND/OR DOG OWNER. All sales are final after the program has been accessed and no refunds will be afforded. BK9 will not refund any portion of money paid after program access, and PARTICIPANT waives all rights to charge back the purchase of any BK9 Program, online or in-person with their credit card company. Qualified refunds processed after any purchase of BK9 Online programs will be refunded at 80% with a 20% administration and processing fee.

Images, Video & Marketing Policy:

BK9 may photograph and/or video training sessions for future use in training, teaching, marketing, reproduction, advertising or other purposes. PARTICIPANT consents to BK9’s use of images and video footage of PARTICIPANT and pet/dog in such manner, including past videos, before BK9.

Payment Methods:

BK9 accepts payment through PayPal via the website. Canadian clients have the option of e-transfer.

By opting in, I have read the terms and conditions, privacy policy, payment and cancellation policy, images, video and marketing policy , and consent and release; I understand it and that I freely enter into this consent and release. I am over 18 years of age. I accept the terms and conditions of BK9 Online terms and conditions and privacy policy, payment and cancellation policy, and, images, video and marketing policy. By paying for this program, BUYER fully agrees and accepts all terms and conditions outlined.
