BK9 NOSE WORK CLASSES

We’re thrilled to announce the return of our Nose Work Class at WoofPack—our first in 3 years! Starting in November, this 6-week course will focus on “Detection” style nose work, where your dog will learn to search for and give a passive indication on a specific scent.

We’ll be working with CKC-approved odors, so whether you’re looking for a fun new activity to enjoy with your dog at home or want to take it to the next level in competition, this class has you covered!

ITEMS NEEDED:

  • Leash
  • Lots of high value reward
  • Any collars you use (flat or martingale preferred).
  • Food training pouch or vest.
  • Dog’s need to be food or high value food or treat motivated.
  • Any age welcome (puppies to seniors)
  • Any breed welcome
  • Dog-reactive dogs are welcome (not human reactive)

We also have each dog in their own stall to avoid dog-to-dog interaction. This makes it especially safe for those with puppies or those concerned with dog-reactive-dogs. We have you covered!

PARTICIPANT acknowledges, agrees, and understands that BK9 BECKY ANNAH assumes no liability over the Dog when it is not under the exclusive custody, care, and control of BK9 BECKY ANNAH. PARTICIPANT further agrees to indemnify and hold BK9 BECKY ANNAH harmless from and against any and all claims of injury, expenses, costs, loss, or damages arising from the actions of the Dog when it is in the custody, care, and control of BK9 BECKY ANNAH. OWNER acknowledges and accepts that owning any animal, including the Dog, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to the PARTICIPANT or other Animals or People.

Release of Liability: PARTICIPANT hereby release and discharge the property owners, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated individuals or entities (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that may arise from my participation in the Event, including but not limited to any property damage caused by dogs or other participants. PARTICIPANT(s) are fully responsible for their own safety and belongings.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations: PARTICIPANT agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by the property owners and organizers during the Class. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Medical Treatment: In the event of injury or illness during the Event, PARTICIPANT does authorize the Released Parties to arrange for any necessary medical treatment at PARTICIPANT’s expense. PARTICIPANT understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for any medical costs incurred during the Event.

Images, Video & Marketing Policy* BK9 BECKY ANNAH may capture photographs and/or videos of training sessions for future use in training, teaching, marketing, reproduction, advertising, or other purposes. PARTICIPANT consents to BK9 BECKY ANNAH’s use of images and video footage of the PARTICIPANT and pet/dog for such purposes.

* Payment and Cancellation Policy* In the event that services contracted by the PARTICIPANT cannot be fulfilled through no fault of BK9 BECKY ANNAH, BK9 BECKY ANNAH will not issue any refunds or exchanges of any kind.
