Agreement, Terms & Conditions:
PARTICIPANT acknowledges, agrees, and understands that Brent Alvey (OA) COMPLETE K9 CARE and Becky Herman (OA) BK9 BECKY ANNAH assumes no liability over the Dog when it is not under the exclusive custody, care, and control of Brent Alvey (OA) COMPLETE K9 CARE and Becky Herman (OA) BK9 BECKY ANNAH. PARTICIPANT further agrees to indemnify and hold Brent Alvey (OA) COMPLETE K9 CARE and Becky Herman (OA) BK9 BECKY ANNAH harmless from and against any and all claims of injury, expenses, costs, loss, or damages arising from the actions of the Dog when it is in the custody, care, and control of Brent Alvey (OA) COMPLETE K9 CARE and Becky Herman (OA) BK9 BECKY ANNAH. OWNER acknowledges and accepts that owning any animal, including the Dog, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to the PARTICIPANT or other Animals or People.

PARTICIPANT fully comprehends the tools and techniques utilized for training of their dog(s) and consents to their usage, which may include but is not limited to the following: Prong Collar, Remote Training Collar, Slip Lead, Dominant Dog Collar, Halti, Body Harness, Muzzles, Flat Buckle Collar, and/or Martingale Collar.

Release of Liability: PARTICIPANT hereby release and discharge the property owners, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated individuals or entities (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that may arise from my participation in the Event, including but not limited to any property damage caused by dogs or other participants. PARTICIPANT(s) are fully responsible for their own safety and belongings.

Property Damage: PARTICIPANT understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any property damage caused by my dog(s) or myself during the Event. I will promptly reimburse the property owners for any property damage caused by my actions or my dog(s).

Compliance with Rules and Regulations: PARTICIPANT agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by the property owners and event organizers during the Event. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Medical Treatment: In the event of injury or illness during the Event, PARTICIPANT does authorize the Released Parties to arrange for any necessary medical treatment at PARTICIPANT’s expense. PARTICIPANT understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for any medical costs incurred during the Event.

Images, Video & Marketing Policy* Brent Alvey (OA) COMPLETE K9 CARE and Becky Herman (OA) BK9 BECKY ANNAH may capture photographs and/or videos of training sessions for future use in training, teaching, marketing, reproduction, advertising, or other purposes. OWNER consents to Brent Alvey (OA) COMPLETE K9 CARE and Becky Herman (OA) BK9 BECKY ANNAH’s use of images and video footage of the PARTICIPANT and pet/dog for such purposes.

* Payment and Cancellation Policy* In the event that services contracted by the PARTICIPANT cannot be fulfilled through no fault of Brent Alvey (OA) COMPLETE K9 CARE and Becky Herman (OA) BK9 BECKY ANNAH, Brent Alvey (OA) COMPLETE K9 CARE and Becky Herman (OA) BK9 BECKY ANNAH will not issue any refunds or exchanges of any kind.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Leashes
  • Harnesses
  • Food/high value reward (and lots of it!)
  • Muzzles (if applicable)
  • Toy(s) such as a ball, ball on a string, tug, etc…
  • Water bowl
  • Any collars you typically use on your dog (ensure they’re secure)
  • Also, be prepared to work outside. Dress appropriately.
  • Dog training vest, pouch, or apron.
